OriEast provides medical tourism facilitation services, including:

Medical appointment coordination with partner hospitals
Travel arrangement assistance (visa, flights, accommodation)
Medical interpretation and translation services
Patient concierge and support services
Post-treatment follow-up coordination

Important: OriEast is a medical tourism facilitator, not a healthcare provider. We coordinate services but do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or medical advice.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information
Disclose all relevant medical history and current conditions
Obtain necessary travel documents (passport, visa) in a timely manner
Follow pre-treatment instructions provided by healthcare providers
Maintain appropriate travel and medical insurance
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Medical Treatment Disclaimer

All medical treatments are provided by independent healthcare providers. OriEast does not control, supervise, or guarantee the quality, safety, or outcomes of any medical procedures. Treatment decisions are made solely between you and your healthcare provider.

5. Booking and Payment

Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required to confirm bookings
Full payment is typically due before treatment begins
Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
Additional costs may apply for unforeseen medical needs

Price Changes

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days. Hospital fees and exchange rates may fluctuate. We will notify you of any significant price changes before confirming your booking.

6. Cancellation Policy

30+ days before treatment: Full refund minus processing fees
15-29 days before treatment: 50% refund
7-14 days before treatment: 25% refund
Less than 7 days: No refund

Note: Non-refundable deposits paid directly to hospitals or airlines are not covered by this policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

OriEast shall not be liable for:

Medical outcomes, complications, or side effects
Actions or omissions of healthcare providers
Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions
Loss of personal belongings
Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest)
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Insurance Requirements

We strongly recommend that all patients obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance that covers international medical treatment, medical evacuation, and trip cancellation. OriEast can provide referrals to insurance providers upon request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of OriEast and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Beijing, China.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
